Also as HR/OD Manager at Financial Ombudsman Service Tanya lead the roll out of leadership programmes for aspiring managers and senior leaders.

Daniel Gordon Founder/Consultant

Daniel is co-founder of DIME. He has 15 years experience designing HR process and technology solutions that has helped organisations to achieve their strategic HR requirements. As an accredited Prince2 practitioner he has broad industry exposure within the corporate and public sector with in-depth experience delivering HR solutions for major global transformation programmes.

Daniel’s responsibility is to support brand growth and develop DIME’s capability within the HR and people technology space. A passionate advocate for social and economic mobility he is currently building new initiatives that support employability and entrepreneurship within less advantaged communities. Daniel sits on the board of trustees for The Gifted an exciting charity based in Hertfordshire that uses online media to educate young people on issues around health and wellbeing.
